The Mach 1 MV 110 TD hits the sweet spot for advanced level skiers with medium volume feet that are looking for a more relaxed, all-mountain high-performance boot. Grounded in the fundamentals of high-performance ski boot design, the MV 110 features T-Drive technology which is a revolutionary shell to cuff connection that allows the boot to function in a much more efficient way. This results in a smoother more consistent flex, better performance and less energy required to ski at a high level. When you add the Asymmetrical Power Transmission shell and cuff design to the equation you get a boot that gives you a great level of control which makes you feel completely at home in any type of terrain or snow condition. Fit is priority number one in the MV 110 and Custom Adaptive Shape C.A.S. technology is the way we achieve it. Developed with an anatomically shaped shell and liner, the C.A.S. technology provides a great fit right out of the box but allows the boots to have a high level of customization if need be. Get ready to send it to the next level.
Specifications
  • Flex: 110
  • Last 100 mm @ 26.5 cm
  • Weight: 1920 g @ 26.5 cm

Features
  • Customization Liner: C.A.S. - C.A.S. has revolutionized ski boots with regards to fit and personalization. The liners are anatomically shaped for optimal comfort and offer great heel hold. The internal part of the liner is shaped to match the foot while the exterior matches and conforms to the shape of the shell. The dual density micro-cell material is durable and easy to customize. The C.A.S. liners are less prone to pack-out maintaining the fit over a longer period of time.

    LINER FEATURES

    • Anatomic and precise shape
    • Dual density pre-shaped thermoformed microcell material
    • Great out-of-the box fit
    • Enhanced sensitivity

    LINER CUSTOMIZATION

    • THERMO-SHAPING
Liner in the oven: 80°C-176°F / 8 minutes.
    • PUNCHING (INCREASE VOLUME)
Microcell material can be heated and punched in problem fit areas.
    • GRINDING (INCREASE VOLUME)
Microcell material is easily grindable up to 2 mm in problem fit areas.
    • FIT KIT (DECREASE VOLUME)
Glue the C.A.S. Fit Kit pre-shaped pieces to decrease the volume of the liner.
  • Customization Shell: C.A.S. - The C.A.S. Shell has an anatomical shape that matches the shape of the foot. This allows for a better out-of-the box initial fit. The dimples on the shell offer less surface tension and facilitate heating, making customizing the shell easier. The shell retains the new shape better and longer.

    SHELL FEATURES

    • Anatomic and precise shape
    • Easier and faster thermo-forming
    • Easy customization

    SHELL CUSTOMIZATION

    • PUNCHING (INCREASE VOLUME)
Polyether material can be heated and punched in problem fit areas.
    • GRINDING (INCREASE VOLUME)
The shell can be ground in problem fit areas.
  • Shell: Polyurethane - Quick Instep
  • Cuff: Polyurethane - Back Spine
  • Liner: HIGH PERFORMANCE - Full C.A.S. - C.A.S. Instep - Celliant® - Floating Tongue
  • Buckles: Mach1 buckles, Lift Lock - Innovative Lift Lock system holds the buckles up and out of the way so they don't catch while getting in or out of your boots.
  • Spoiler: Velcro Spoiler
  • Powerstrap: 45 mm strap
  • Canting: Double canting screwed
  • Gripwalk Soles -  is a sole-binding interface system aimed to give excellent grip while walking on icy or snowy paths. The convex shape of the GW sole delivers superior walking comfort and grip on slippery surfaces.
Gripwalk soles are composed of a heel pad and a toe pad, that can be mounted and replaced separately.
When a GripWalk sole is mounted on a boot, the binding must be accordingly GripWalk compatible. Those can be identified by the original GripWalk logo on it. Conventional alpine bindings without the logo are not compatible with GripWalk soles.
  • T-Drive Carbon - The T-Drive dynamic carbon connector creates a longer lever arm compared to traditional ski boots. This allows:
    • Quicker edge to edge transitions.
    • Increased lateral power and stability.
    • Edge drive precision.

    PERFORMANCE EFFICIENCY
The T-Drive Technology creates a stronger and more effective connection between the cuff and the shell, that supports the boot flex and avoids plastic deformation. This means reduced energy dissipation and a more efficient power transmission.

    ENHANCED COMFORT
Comfort comes from many places in the new Mach1 MV. The T-Drive technology provides a progressive flex regardless of temperatures, keeping the shape unchanged and a more consistent fit. The T-Drive support also allows the use of softer plastics, without compromising performances but making the boots easier to get on and off.
