Return/Warranty Policy:

All items, including sale items, may be returned within 15 days of purchase or receipt. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging. Please note that items marked as "Final Sale" are excluded from this policy and cannot be returned. 


For internet orders or store purchases being returned via mail:

1.  Email info@alpinesportsonline.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

2.  Clearly write the RA number on the outside of your package, addressed to "ATTN: Returns."

3.  Include a copy of your receipt and the reason for the return inside the package.

4.  Ship the item to the following address:

Price Match Policy:

Please be advised that we offer a price match guarantee. Alpine Sports Santa Fe will match the advertised price from any valid store or online retailer within the United States for an identical product (same color and size). This policy is valid for up to 15 days from the date of your purchase. 

Fit Guarantee Policy:

Alpine Sports provides a fit guarantee on all footwear, including ski and snowboard boots as well as hiking shoes, when purchased based on a recommendation from our professional staff.  For the first 12 months of ownership, Alpine Sports will perform any necessary adjustments at no additional charge to ensure a proper fit. If the footwear is deemed unsuitable by one of our professionals after the initial one to two days of use, we will facilitate an exchange. Please be advised that we do not offer refunds.
